As a wife, mother, author, international speaker, an accomplished businesswoman and pastor, the Founder & CEO of Business Women Inspirational Network (BWIN), Mary Pitts recognized several years ago the challenges of women starting and operating a business. There was also a void in the lack of women organizations that understood that the traditional women’s networking methods did not take into account the emotional and spiritual support component necessary for running a business or ministry.
“BWIN creates an environment for women to succeed. We're not about competition but collaboration. In order to reach ultimate success it’s vital that we learn how to work together which is the true essence of building genuine relationships ", states Mary Pitts.
Mary Pitts is involved in her community, volunteering her time and energy in making a difference in the lives of others. Some of Mary Pitts’ involvements in the Central Florida community include past membership on the Board of Directors for Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County, and being a Pastor at Life Focus Ministries. She is a member of Christian Meetings and Conventions Association and Religious Conference Management Association.
She has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry planning and executing meetings in the USA and internationally. She is committed to serving others with great passion and enthusiasm.
Traveling throughout the U.S., South Africa, Zimbabwe, Jamaica, Trinidad and abroad to host an array of conferences, workshops and seminars, Mary Pitts is frequently requested as a keynote speaker by not-for-profit and corporate groups. Mary Pitts resides in the Greenville- Spartanburg, SC area with her husband of 33 years, Pastor Edward Pitts.

Aishah Hunter is a daughter, mother, writer and speaker who is passionate about helping people to unlock their freedom and actualize their personal potential. Aishah is the Founder & CEO of Aishah Hunter International, where she focuses on personal development coaching and consulting and Co-Founder & Marriage Coach of Happily Hitched®, a marriage-centered wedding planning company.
She has been an HR Professional in the corporate and start-up world for over 9 years for exceptional brands such as Target Corporation and Sweetgreen. Aishah believes in the power of development and became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) in 2018.
In her leadership roles, Aishah focuses on helping leaders establish cultures that support their brand values, elevate their leader’s business acumen, and drive business results through exceptional people practices.
Aishah is a native of Berks County, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Aishah is a member of Life Focus Ministries and Membership Director of Business Women Inspirational Network. Aishah believes in the mission of BWIN because she is passionate about helping business women unlock the power of allowing God to work through them in their workplace.
