​Mary Pitts, Chairman
Jennifer Ann Bray is a Spirit-filled woman with a desire to encourage, uplift and edify others from a heart of love, compassion and empathy. Women’s Ministry is her passion overall, but she has a heart for the children of God and people, from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life.
Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She grew up in Central Florida and is affiliated with various women’s groups throughout the area. Jennifer is a mother of three and became a grandmother just under two years ago. These are the titles to which she genuinely and proudly boasts!
A BWIN member since 2016 and Board Treasurer since 2017, Jennifer genuinely is empowered by the incredible women she has found relationship with through the Organization. She is a member of Life Focus Ministries, under the leadership of Pastor Edward and Mary Pitts. Life Focus Ministries, a mentoring and developing ministry, has enabled Jennifer to grow spiritually more than she could have ever asked or imagined! God is truly doing a work in transforming and renewing her mind daily. All Glory and Honor goes to Him!
Nancy Hoehn is the Immediate Past District Director of Toastmasters International District 84, serving the 200+ non-profit clubs for corporations, government agencies, universities and communities throughout Central and Northern Florida. Her responsibilities encompassed growing a quality organization, which now celebrates its 92nd year. These responsibilities included managing member benefits, improving member retention rates, organizing and executing conferences, speech contests, club officer training and education, while developing expanded networking opportunities.
As a public speaker and non-profit organization leader, Ms. Hoehn has served Toastmasters International, District 84 in numerous leadership positions, including Conference Chair, Club Extension Chair, Public Relations Manager, Division Governor, Lt. Governor Marketing and Program Quality Director. Nancy has earned the organization’s highest designation of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), in addition to international recognition for Excellence in Leadership and Excellence in Marketing.
As a member of Northland, a Church Distributed, Ms. Hoehn serves in various support roles and is developing a strategic plan to incorporate Toastmasters to help discipleship teams improve their communication skills and to expand the number of Gavel Clubs throughout Florida’s Department of Corrections. There are now more than 40 such clubs, helping to prepare inmates to better succeed upon their release into society. Nancy and her husband are also involved with Community Resource Network, an organization that is dedicated to eliminating homeless families in Central Florida.
Ms. Hoehn has served on the educational board for the Eti-Keys Training Group, which works toward anti-bullying, character-building, manners, social skills and diversity awareness for today’s youth. She has been a recurring presenter for Stetson University’s “Beautiful Movement” program to encourage girls from challenging backgrounds, to succeed. She is also a former Executive Director of the Winter Park chapter of WOAMTEC (Women on a Mission to Earn Commission) and a member of the League of Women Voters.
As founder and CEO of Daring Choices, Ms. Hoehn markets a line of natural health and weight loss products, in addition to her speaking and professional services.
